"Take Away" Assignment

Since my project has to deal with the laser technology in dentistry, I think I will make small pamphlets or maybe even hand out like small lasers that people always have handy. I could add a little sticker or message on the laser addressing my project.

"Ever have to return to your dentist because something went wrong? Even a skilled dentist performing a questionable procedure can result in a disappointing outcome. According to the ADA, laser technology still has not been approved for dentists to use, but they are currently being utilized. Although we are gradually recovering from a downfall in the economy, the public tends to lean towards something that is consumer-friendly as well as high quality. Since this procedure is not 100% efficient and extremely costly people should start to rethink where they are spending money."

Capstone Project Description

For my Capstone project I have chose to convince the idea of using laser technology in dentistry is not a good idea. This use of technology has not been 100% efficient yet, so why should we be using it.

Also the costs for this type of procedure are extremely expensive and are not consumer-friendly for our recovering economy.
